What You’ll Learn

By the end of the program, you will be able to lead practical projects from initiation through closing using structured PM methods and tools.

  • Understand project management fundamentals, project-manager responsibilities, and core PM skill sets.

  • Identify and compare Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies for different project contexts.

  • Develop practical PM capability across scope, requirements, WBS, resources, budget, risk, quality, communication, and scheduling.

  • Apply monitoring and controlling techniques including progress tracking, earned value, change control, and risk monitoring.

  • Use project-management software and AI-assisted PM workflows, and build awareness of key PM certification paths.

Prerequisites

Designed for beginners and career-switchers who want to build practical project leadership capability.

  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with documents, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.

  • Readiness to work through case studies, simulations, and structured practical assignments, with interest in coordinating people, scope, risks, and delivery outcomes.

  • English comprehension for classes, templates, and project communication artifacts.

  • Availability for at least 12 hours per week (live sessions, assignments, and project work).

  • Laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection for online collaboration and coursework tools.

Program Curriculum

Capstone Project

Final project based on the complete course journey from fundamentals to closing. You will produce project artifacts, demonstrate planning and control decisions, and present closeout outputs including documentation, handover, and lessons learned.

Certification Preparation

The course builds awareness of key project-management certifications and prepares learners with practical foundations relevant to next-step certification pathways.
